Ingredients for Polenta with mushroom sauce and turkey
- 220 g polenta
- 500 g mushrooms
- 40 g spring onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 250 ml white wine
- 10 g flour
- 80 g grana padano cheese
- 400 ml milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
Cooking Instructions for making Polenta with mushroom sauce and turkey
Chop up mushrooms,garlic and spring onions. Heat your pan, than add olive oil. After a minute add in garlic and onions and saute for about a minute. Than add mushrooms and butter,cook for about 3 min. Than add in the wine and cook until it reduces by half. Than add in flour mixed in a bit of water. Cook until the sauce thickens and mushroom sauce is done. Put salt,pepper and rosemary to taste.
Put water and milk in a pot and bring it to boil. Pour your polenta in the pot slowly while nonstop mixing. Cook your polenta by intructions of your polenta. After it is almost cooked,add in the cheese,turn down your stove and mix in your cheese until it becomes a creamy polenta. Season with salt and a bit of pepper.
Season your turkey however you want 15min before cooking it.Cook the turkey in the air fryer or oven. I did mine in the air fryer for 30 minutes on 180 deegres celcius.
Chop up the green thing of the spring onion and use it as garnish when you plate your dish.
