Ingredients for Rice beans with cabbage#Endofyearchallenge
- 1/2 kg Beans
- 1 large Onion
- 1 large Green Pepper
- 3 ripe Tomatoes
- Oil
- 1/2 tspn Salt
- 4 pieces Garlic
- Water
- 1 kg Rice
- 1 tspn Salt
- Oil
- Water
- 1/4 piece Cabbage
- 1/2 piece onion
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 1 cube Royco
- Oil

Wash your Beans well
Rinse then bring to boil
As you boil the Beans,cook your rice by putting water to boil
Add oil then salt
Cover well to boil
Place somewhere to cool after being ready
Finely chopp your ingredients separately as the beans will take longer time to boil
Start to prepare the cabbage
Put your onions with oil
Turn slowly untill golden brown color is obtained
Add your Royco
Add your tomatoes and salt then turn well
Cover to simmer
Add your finely chopped cabbages then cover
Turn well then place somewhere to cool
Do not overcook it to retain it’s nutritive value
Prepare the beans as is it ready now,put your onions and garlic onto the oil
Stir then add your green pepper and salt untill your onions and garlic turn to golden brown in color
Add your tomatoes then cover to simmer
Do not discourd the boiling water you used for preparing the beans
Add your beans slowly and use the water you boiled it with
Stir,Cover well to simmer
Place somewhere to cool
Serve your delicious meal when still hot to stimulate your appetite
