About the Role:
As Road Technician, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing new and used Merlo Telehandlers, a large fleet of tractors, planting, grass, and harvesting equipment and various other trucks, agricultural and industrial machinery. You’ll work on the road off-site and onsite at our workshop, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum performance.

Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on various machines.
• Perform routine maintenance and scheduled servicing.
• Conduct field repairs and troubleshooting.
• Maintain detailed service records and reports.
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.

Requirements:
• Experience with Merlo telehandlers or similar heavy equipment considered an asset.
• Journeyman Heavy-Duty Mechanic certification (or equivalent experience).
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
