Ingredients for Sesame topped veggies pizza

1 homemade pizza bases
/ 3 readymade pizza bases
- For tomato sauce:
- 3 tbsp olive oil

1 cup ready made tomato sauce
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
-
1 tbsp crushed garlic
-
1-1/2 tsp paprika powder
or kashmiri red chilli powder
-
1/2 tsp Oregon/ 1 tsp mixed herbs
-
Salt to taste
- For veggies topping
-
2 sliced onions
and fried till golden
-
2 carrots
, cut into thin round slices and blanched for 1 min
-
1/2 cup boiled peas
-
2 green capsicum
cut into juliennes
- 5 freshly jalapenos cut into juliennes
- 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
-
150 g mozzarella cheese
or to taste
- 3 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tbsp crushed garlic
-
For homemade pizza base
:
- 11/2 cup plain flour
- 2 tsp instant yeast
-
2 tbsp olive oil/ sunflower oil
-
1/2 cup warm water
-
Salt to taste
- 1 tsp sugar
Cooking Instructions for making Sesame topped veggies pizza 



To prepare the tomato sauce: in a bowl
, add readymade tomato puree, olive oil, freshly ground black pepper powder, paprika powder
/ kashmiri red chilli powder
, crushed garlic
, oregano/ mixed herbs and salt
mix together, keep aside.
For topping: heat oil in a frying pan, add sliced onions , cook stirring for 4 mins or until they turn golden, sprinkle a pinch of sugar, salt and black pepper powder, keep aside. Add carrots round slices
in boiling water
for 1 min and blanched & strained.
In a small bowl , add olive oil, crushed garlic
and mix well, keep aside. To prepare the
pizza: spoon and spread tomato sauce over each
pizza, and also spread olive oil & garlic mixture on each pizza bases if desired.
Sprinkle the fried onions , carrots
peas
, green capsicum
juliennes, jalapenos juliennes, sprinkle salt and pepper, mixed herbs
, arrange mozzarella cheese
slices, sprinkle white sesame seeds and bake at 180Β°c for 15 -20 mins or until the base is cooked and cut into wedges and serve hot.
