Ingredients for Signature brownies
- For the Chocolate Mixture:
- 1 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup chopped dark chocolate
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp coffee
- For the Sugar Mixture:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 6 eggs
- Additional Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts
Cooking Instructions for making Signature brownies
Melt Chocolate Mixture:
– In a saucepan, melt unsalted butter, dark chocolate, cocoa powder, and
coffee. Stir until smooth.
Prepare Sugar Mixture:
– In a separate bowl, combine sugar, brown sugar, salt, vanilla, and eggs. Mix
until sugar is dissolved.
Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures:
– Add the cooled melted chocolate mixture to the sugar mixture. Mix well.
Additional Cocoa and Flour:
– Incorporate 2 tbsp cocoa powder and 1 cup of flour into the mixture. Mix
until smooth.
Rest the Batter:
– Allow the batter to rest for 30 minutes to overnight (chiller) to enhance the richness.
Bake:
– Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). Bake the brownie mixture for 20 minutes.
Crack the Top:
– Remove the baking tray, gently pat it on a surface to crack the top layer.
Continue Baking:
– Return the tray to the oven and bake until the brownies are fully cooked approximately another 30-35 minutes
