DUTIES
• Build and set up of custom molds & forms for precast concrete production per shop drawings from wood and metal.
• Review of shop drawings for accuracy and ease of use of mold
• General building repairs
• Building renovations including framing, flooring etc
• Miscellaneous small equipment repairs
• Assist with set up and dismantling precast molds
• Assist precast production team with pouring molds, setting up accessories etc
• Perform pre pour checks on mold for conformance to standards & specifications
• Monitor and order materials & tools required for project or repairs

QUALIFICATIONS
• Journeyman ticket is NOT required but minimum 4 years’ experience as handyman or carpenter in similar industry
• Able to read drawings
• Ability to work in fast paced, time sensitive environment.
• Able to comfortably lift 60 lbs
• Forklift and manlift experience
