Ingredients for Spaghetti 🍝, fish fillet and blended tomato sauce 🍅
- Spaghetti
- Spaghetti
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- Garam masala
- Curry powder
- Black pepper
- Salt as prefered
- Fish fillet
- Small strips of fish fillet
- Corn flour (unga wa mahindi)
- Cooking oil
- 2 eggs
- Sauce
- Blended tomatoes
Cooking Instructions for making Spaghetti 🍝, fish fillet and blended tomato sauce 🍅
Put corn flour in a bowl and put two eggs and add Garam masala, garlic powder and black pepper…. (Spices are optional) Add 50ml of water for the mixture to be pasty
Put the small strips of fish fillet in corn flour and let the strips be coated with corn flour mixture
Preheat cooking oil in a sufuria/cooking pot and deep fry the strips of fish fillet for 5 mins per strip thus the final result
For the spaghetti boil it for about 10-15 mins
In a different cooking pot/sufuria put cooking oil and add chopped onions till it turns golden brown
Add chopped Bell pepper and tomatoes till it becomes pasty and add salt and add the boiled spaghetti
Blend tomatoes and put the sauce in a pan and add the preferred spice and salt then put the cooked spaghetti for about 3-5 mins thus the final result
For the sauce blend tomatoes as preferred (sauce is optional too) but most preferred in order to dip the fish fillet in the sauce or use it as sauce for the spaghetti
