Ingredients for Spaghetti 🍝 with Beef vegetable stew and Steamed Spinach
- 1 packet Spaghetti 500g
- 1/2 kg Meat beef
- 2 cups Peas
- 2 medium Carrots
- 3 Tomatoes
- 2 Onion
- 1 bunch Coriander
- Ginger
- Black pepper
- Capsicum
- 10 Potatoes
- Cooking oil
- Water 💦
- Salt
Cooking Instructions for making Spaghetti 🍝 with Beef vegetable stew and Steamed Spinach
Pre boil meat till tender, chop onions into small dices, grate carrots and tomatoes, peel and grate the ginger, chop capsicum and coriander, peel and dice potatoes and set aside. Place the onions and the ginger on the cooking pot with oil cook until brown add the already pre-boiled meat let it cook for 2 mins add the tomatoes, black pepper, royco cubes,curry, salt stir and cook for another 2-5 mins, then add potatoes, peas and water simmer for 15 -20 mins then add the grated carrots and serve.
Wash and Chop spinach, cut onions and place on a pan with butter steam the spinach for 5 mins and serve
Boil water in a big aluminum pan add salt and a little oil then split the Spaghetti in two bunches and dip in the already boiling water.let it cook for 5-7 mins turn off the gas and drain your spaghetti, then run it in cold water while still on a strainer to release the excess hot sticky water. Place in the same pan and add butter/ margarine or cooking oil.
Garnish with coriander leaves and diced capsicum. Serve while hot
