Ingredients for Special Kabli Pulao with spicy Charga
- 2 whole chicken
- 2 inch Ginger 🫚
- 14-15 cloves Garlic
- 4-5 green chillies
- 10 Tablespoon Lemon juice
- 5 tablespoon Vinegar
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 1 pack Tikka masala
- 2 tablespoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Red pepper
- 2 tablespoon Dry Coriander
- 1 teaspoon Ajwain
- 2 table spoon Crushed chilli flak
- 2 tablespoon Chat masala
- 1 teaspoon Sunf
- 1 tablespoon Zeera
- 4 drops Colour yellow
- 2 table spoon Corn flour
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- For Rice
- 1 medium onion
- 2 glass rice
- 3 table spoon Salt
- 2 tea spoon Black pepper
- 2 tea spoon gram masala
- 1 Carrot 🥕
- 1 medium onion Fry
- 100 gram Kaju
- 100 gram Almonds
- 50 gram Pista
- 8-10 Raison seeds
- Oil as needed in rice or chicken fry
Cooking Instructions for making Special Kabli Pulao with spicy Charga
First of all cut the chicken, apply salt, vinegar and lemon on the chicken and let it rest for 2 hours.
Then add ginger garlic paste and marinated tikka masala to the chicken and marinate it with corn flour and lemon….keep it for 3-4 hours, then add pepper in foil and steam it. While steaming add whole gram masala in the water (apply masala along with fennel, badian flower, bri ilachi, cinnamon)
Now in the grinder take ajwain, zeera, chilli flakes, dry coriander, tikka masala, chat masala and sunf grind it well and sprinkle this special charga masala on the chicken along with frying it…
Cook rice normally, then add nuts, carrot, fry onion raisin seeds before dum….Open the pan and put rice or charga in a platter and serve. Amazing charga platter is ready. Serve it with lemon or homemade charga masala.
