In an 8″ non stick pan or skillet, heat oil and then add onions.

Sauté your onions and add a pinch of salt. Once sautéed, add french beans and cook for a minute

Once its cooked, add carrots, paprika, blackpeper and ground cumin and cook for another minute. Add sweet corn and cook for 30sec or so

Capsicum should be the last ingredient to be added and sautéed for 30sec.

Serve hot and with prefferred starch and protein of your choice.. I like to eat mine with white rice and wetfry liver
