Ingredients for Stir fry pork broccoli
- Pork (preferably tenderloin; but any cut/part will do.)
- Broccoli
- BBQ marinade (optional but highly recommended)
- Garlic (Minced or finely chopped)
- Soy sauce
- Cornstarch
- Mushrooms (Canned or dry)
- Chicken breading (crispy fry)
- Oyster sauce
- Paprika (optional but highly recommended)
- Salt & Pepper
- Cooking oil
- Butter
- Honey (optional)
- Sugar
Cooking Instructions for making Stir fry pork broccoli
Make the sauce marinade:
-Oyster sauce
-Soy sauce
-Honey or sugar
-BBQ marinade
Marinate the pork in the liquid marinade. Start making the dry batter.
-Cornstrarch
-Breading
-Salt & Pepper
-Paprika
Coat the marinated pork in the dry batter before frying in a pan with hot oil.
Fry until both sides are cooked; DO NOT OVERCOOK. Set aside and add a few teaspoons of butter into the pan.
Add garlic and cook until GOLDEN; NOT GOLDEN BROWN. Add mushrooms afterwards and cook for a few minutes.
Make a roux by adding a tablespoon of cornstarch into the pan and mixing. Add water until you get your desired sauce consistency.
Season the roux with spices such as salt, pepper, paprika and other spices of your choice.
Add the broccoli and let it sit in the pan for a few minutes.
Toss the seared pork back and mix.
Serve.
