Ingredients for Title: vegetable soup
- Vegetable of choice
- Locust beans
- Pepper
- Ground crayfish
- Turkey
- Assorted meat
- Stock fish
- Scotch bonnet
- Periwinkle
- Onion
- cubes Seasoning
- Salt
- Palm oil
Cooking Instructions for making Title: vegetable soup
Wash and cut the vegetables
Wash the meat, turkey and stock fish and transfer into a pot and add in ur seasoning cubes, onion and place on fire allow to steam together for about 3mins
Then add some water to the same level of the protein items in the pot and boil till the water is about drying up
Now remove all the protein items and transfer the little stock water into another pot and allow it to boil for some more mins
Then add palm oil to the boiling stock and be generous with ur palm oil
Then add in your periwinkles and crayfish powder and locust beans allow to cook for some more mins u are not frying u are only cooking the palm oil in other to get rid of the raw palm oil taste.
Add in your washed vegetables, and pepper at the same time and cover allow to cook for about 3_4 mins and stir together together and pour in ur set aside protein items and stir together and correct the taste with either salt or seasoning cubes and turn off the heat
Enjoy with ur swallow of choice
