Pour olive oil a bit and put chopped tomatoes to cook for about 10 min until the watery texture’s gone.
Dice onion in small pieces and cook them with low heat until it comes brown and tender. It will take about 15 min ish
While cooking tomato paste and onion, smash the garlic or chop it into small pieces, and cut chicken thighs into small pieces with seasoning. Put salt, pepper and mixed herb quite a lot until it covers the surface.
Put olive oil into another pot and heat the garlic with low heat until it smells nice, and add the chicken to cook until it turns to brown lightly.
Add the cooked onion and the tomato source to the pan and stir a bit. Cook for a while with the lowest heat (about 15~20 min). Make sure to set the lid on the pot.
Open the lid and put 2 big spoons of yogurt and stair it then heat it until it gets warm.
If you like eggs, you can put the egg here, or you can make a poached/boiled egg for the topping. (optional)
