Cooking Instructions for making Turnip and Mixed Vegetable Curry

    Heat the oil in a pot and add the onions. Fry until they begin to become translucent

    Add the garlic, chillis, and spices along with 1/3 cup of water. Fry for a few moments – up to 2 minutes.

    Add tomatoes and fry well till all tomatoes cooked well.

    Add all the vegetables (Turnip,peas, carrots,and green peas fry well about 4-5 minutes then add 1 cup boiled water.

    Turn heat off and garnish with coriander.
