Ingredients for Valentine beet hearts salad
- 1 large beetroot hearts
- 2 cups mixed salad greens (dill, celery ice berg lettuce leaves)

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil/ sunflower oil

Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder

1 sliced onions
-
1 tomato cubes
/ juliennes
- 2 finely chopped green chillies
-
1 cucumber cubes
-
1 carrot ribbons
- 1/8 tsp red chillies flakes
Cooking Instructions for making Valentine beet hearts salad 
Wash and clean Beetroot and pat dry on kitchen towel, peel and cut into heart shaped and keep aside.
Thorn the ice berg lettuce leaves with your hand and keep aside, cut celery and dill, chopped green chillies, cut cucumber into small cubes, cut carrot
into ribbons, peel and cut onions
into small cubes, cut tomato into juliennes/ small cubes
keep aside.
In serving time, mix all ingredients in a bowl ( thorn ice berg leaves , chopped green chillies, small cubes of onions
, tomato cubes/ juliennes
, finely chopped dill, celery, beetroot hearts ♥️, carrot ribbons
and mix well gently, add sunflower oil
/ virgin olive oil, salt
, black pepper powder, red chillies flakes and mix well and serve immediately.
