Cooking Instructions for making Veg rice with tofu beef sauce
In a pot pour water and allow it to boil, add your wash rice and some salt, cover and parboiled the rice
Add your carrot, green beans and peas stir and drain, after draining pour the rice into pot add boiled water, oil, cinnamon and bay leaves, cover until well cook
Dice your tofu, beef, sausage and green pepper into cubes, dice your carrot into strip, dice your onion and spring onion. Blend your Scotch bonnet, pepper, onion and garlic
In a pan add in oil, then tofu fry the tofu for 3mnt then add in beef fry for 2mnt then add in sausage and onion fry fry for 1mnt add blended Scotch bonnet and fry then add your spices and stir
Add carrot stir then seasoning, add some water and stir then add in soy sauce stir and cook for 2mnt then add in bell pepper and spring onion stir and and cook for 1mnt. Serve and enjoy
