- 2 cups black eyed beans

Cooking Instructions for making Vegetable Beans

Pick dirt from beans wash and soak in hot water for 10min. Heat oil in cooking pot, add sliced onions and stir fry, add ginger and garlic paste fry till aroma add blended pepper mix, spices and cover with water

Note; addition of potato is optional. I added it coz its a leftover and about to get spoilt.
