In a saucapan heat the oil and add the onions. cook til they turn brown. add the ginger garlicpaste cook for a further 3mins.

Add the pilau masala and cook for a minute befora adding the tomato puree.

Add salt and pepper at this point cover and simmer at low heat for 20 -30 mins stiring occasionally. chilllies can also be added.

Once the paste has reduced nicely add the tomato paste cover to cook for a further 7-10 mins

Wash the vegetables and add them to the sauce. cover and cook until vegetables are ready.
