Ingredients for Vegetable cheese omelette 🍞🥚🍅🫑🥔🧅🌶️
- 3 eggs 🥚
- 2 tbsp oil- sunflower oil 🌻
- 11/2 potatoes chopped 🥔
- 11/2 chopped onions 🧅
- 1 chopped tomato 🍅
- 1 small chopped green capsicum 🫑
- 2-3 finely chopped green chillies
- Salt to taste 🧂
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/4 tsp kashmiri red chillies powder 🌶️
- 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves 🌿
- 1 tbsp finely chopped red capsicum
- 1 tbsp finely chopped yellow capsicum
- 1 slice cheese 🧀 chopped
- 6 buns/ bread slices 🍞- white / brown 🍞 bread
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Small size lettuce leaves 🥬, ringed onions 🧅
Cooking Instructions for making Vegetable cheese omelette 🍞🥚🍅🫑🥔🧅🌶️
In a bowl 🥣 break three eggs 🥚, add chopped onions 🧅, chopped tomato 🍅, green capsicum 🫑, red & yellow capsicum chopped, potatoes 🥔, finely chopped green chillies, coriander leaves 🌿 and beat well. Keep aside
Add salt🧂, cumin seeds, kashmiri red chillies powder 🌶️, chopped cheese 🧀, black pepper powder and mix well, heat oil in a pan, add egg mixture and cook until both sides are golden brown, remove from flame and keep omelette aside.
For buns/ bread slices 🍞- white / brown and cut buns from center and add butter, toast till golden brown, add lettuce leaf, onion rings 🧅, add seasoning salt and black pepper powder and serve with omelette. If using bread slices spread butter on slices and toast till golden brown, add lettuce leaf, onion rings and serve with above omelette. Enjoy
