Ingredients for Vegetable fried rice with Fish fillet in cream sauce
- 1 bowl cooked rice
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 1 stalk Spring onion
- 1/2 cup French beans
- 1 red onion
- 2 tablespoons sweet corn
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 cup diced carrots
- THE FILLET ; I cut into pieces and pre-made the marinade using:
- 1/2 squeezed lemon
- 3 grated garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- cooking the fillet
- 1/2 stalk spring onion
- 1 red onion
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 5 tablespoons cooking cream
Cooking Instructions for making Vegetable fried rice with Fish fillet in cream sauce
To a pan add oil then French beans, let it cook for 10 minutes. Add spring onions, garlic, carrots and bell pepper in intervals of 2 minutes as they cook
Add the spices mentioned
Add soy sauce and mix
Add the boiled rice
Lastly add sweet corn
On a separate pan add butter then add the pieces of fish fillet
Cover and let it fry on both sides for 8 minutes each
Once both sides have developed a brown quoting remove the fish pieces from the pan
On the pan add red onion, add oil if you need to; you can also add 1/2 teaspoon of butter preferably
Add spring onion and let it cook for 2 minutes
Add the fish pieces and let it cook for another 2 minutes as you mix
Add cooking cream and mix
Let it cook for 5 minutes
Add 1/4 of marinade mixture and mix
Add some more cooking cream
Add another 1/4 marked mixture, mix and let it cook for 5 minutes
Add 1/4 glass of water preferably boiled
Let it cook for 2 minutes
After 2 minutes are done, you can serve !
