Put Jeera, then red chillies and chopped garlic then put chopped tomato mix well then add grated carrot, add salt. Cook upto five minutes then turn off the gas flame.     Paneer garlic raita : Take paneer and cut into cube shapes then boil it upto five minutes. Then take one cup of curd mix black pepper and salt then put one tablespoon of oil add chopped garlic and heat them and add into the raita, and it is ready to serve.
