Ingredients for Vegetable Paneer chowmein
- For Carrot garlic tomato red chilli sauce:
- 1 cup Grated carrot
- 5 tomatoes
- 2 red chillies
- 10 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 teaspoon Jeera
- For Paneer garlic raita :
- 50 gms paneer
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 cup curd
- 1 tablespoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
- For Spinach chowmein:
- 1 bundle spinach
- 1-2 spring onions
- 1 teaspoon Jeera
- 5 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 cups boiled chowmein
- 1 tablespoon salt
Cooking Instructions for making Vegetable Paneer chowmein
Carrot garlic tomato red chilli sauce : Carrot should be grated, tomato should be chopped into small pieces,garlic is to be cut into small sizes. Now take a pan put oil and heat it. Put Jeera, then red chillies and chopped garlic then put chopped tomato mix well then add grated carrot, add salt. Cook upto five minutes then turn off the gas flame. Let it cool at room temperature then grind it, and ready to serve.
Paneer garlic raita : Take paneer and cut into cube shapes then boil it upto five minutes. Then take one cup of curd mix black pepper and salt then put one tablespoon of oil add chopped garlic and heat them and add into the raita, and it is ready to serve.
Take one bundle of spinach wash it carefully and chop it and boil upto ten minutes. Take chowmein boil it with one tablespoon of oil and sieve it, then take a pan put Jeera and chopped garlic, add spinach puree then add boiled chowmein and add salt then mix well and cook.
Lastly arrange the spinach chowmein at the bottom with chopped spring onions, then put paneer garlic raita over it then carrot tomato red chilli sauce over it. And it is ready to serve.
