- 1 chicken
- 1 Onions
- 4 Tomatoes
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 piece ginger
- Cooking oil

- 1 tsp Royco
- 1 cup Water
- 1 kg Rice
- 8 cups water
- Salt

- 1 glass Green peas
- 4 carrots sticks
- 9 bunches Managu
- Water
- Salt
- Onion
- Cooking oil
- Milk

Slaughter the chicken, remove the feathers, cut into pieces and boil for 30 minutes.
In a separate sufuria fry onions until they are golden brown. Then add in ginger and garlic paste and fry.
Transfer the chicken to the sufuria that has fried onions and mix well.
Fry until it starts to dry up then add in diced tomatoes.
When the tomatoes have cooked through, add in royco, salt and pour in a cup of water and let it boil until you are left with your desired size of soup. Serve.
Boil 8 cups of water with salt and cooking oil. Pour in your rice.
In a separate sufuria boil salty water and add in green peas and diced carrots and Blunch them for a 5 minutes, remove from the fire drain off the excess water and run cold water through them to stop them from over cooking.
Pour the green peas and carrots mixture into the rice that is still cooking and mix well. When the water dries up, serve.
Managu, boil them in water for 10 minutes and set aside.
Fry onions until golden brown then add in the managu and mix together.
Add in Salt and milk and cook for 5 more minutes and serve.
