Cooking Instructions for making Vegetable sauce #saucecontest
Get all your ingredients and wash them with clean water and drain them.
Slice all your vegetables according to your choice, mine I sliced them circle.
Grind your garlic,nutmeg,ginger and cut your almond seeds and keep aside.
Get your clean pot or frying pan and place on low heat fire and pour little oil to your choice.
Then add your sliced onion and keep stirring.
Add your grinded ginger,garlic,nutmeg and almond into the oil.
Add your sliced carrot,red and green chilli,onion spring,green and red pepper, all your leaf and keep stirring.
Add your spices,curry, thyme and keep stirring.
Add your sliced egg into and keep stirring.
You first fry your egg like this before slicing it onto your sauce.
Add your sliced cabbage and keep stirring.
Keep stirring like this and cover it to stimmer for one minutes and your sauce is ready.
This my tasty vegetable sauce.. Ready to serve!
You can serve hot or cool with white rice,fried rice,brown rice,macrooni,spaghetti, couscous,chips and boil yam…anything of your choice.. My choice is I serve it with Onionspa with raw coslwa..
