Ingredients for Vegetables crispy Semolina pancakes
- 2 cup semolina/ Suji/ Rawa
- 1 cup curd
- 1 capsicum
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 tomato
- 1 green chilli (optinal)
- 1 tsp green corrainder leaves
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- to taste Salt
- as needed Water
- as needed Oil or ghee for shallow fry
Cooking Instructions for making Vegetables crispy Semolina pancakes
Take big bowl add semolina in it add curd in same bowl & little bit of water & blend with a spoon & keep aside for 15 to 20 minutes.
Meanwhile finely chopped all vegetables like onion,capsicum,carrot & tomatoe & green chilli(optional) & corrainder leaves.
After 20 minutes add all chopped vegetables in semolina & curd bowl then add red chilli powder & salt together, mix well if required add some water as per batter consistency.
Batter should not be in watery consistency it should be medium or thick.
Heat the non stick pan spread some ghee or oil in it when pan is ready through big spoon spread some batter & spread ghee on corners too in medium flame.
If you want cover it for few minutes too.
Through ghee shallow fry both the sides in low flame, cook till golden colour.
Serve hot with sauce or chutney along with salad.
For kids 2 or 3 pancakes with full of vegetables along with sauce is sufficient for lunch.
Kids love to eat tasty crispy pancakes anytimes.
