Ingredients for Vegetables roll pancake
- Flour
- Sugar
- Egg
- Milk
- 1 tbspn oil
- 1/2 tspn baking powder
- Pinch salt
- Water
- For Vegetables
- Cabbage
- Carrot
- Onions
- Pepper
- Salt
- Seasoning and spices
- Vegetable oil
Cooking Instructions for making Vegetables roll pancake
Wash and cut your vegetables and set aside
Place your frying pan on heat/burner add little vegetable oil, after few minute, add your cut vegetables and stir fry.
Set stirred fried vegetable aside and allow to cool. If in a hurry like me, place in your freezer for few minute.
Mix your flour, sugar baking powder, salt together.
Add your egg and oil and mix together, gradually add water until you get your desire constituency. (not too watery, not too stiff)
Place your non stick frying pan on burner, apply little oil to grease your pan. Pour your batter a little at a time and tilt, for batter to spread all over
Allow to fry u will notice the side flipping up, with your flat spatular or finger tips, turn the other side to fry
Continue the process (step u above) until all your batter is exhausted.
Set all aside and allow to cool
Take each pancake place a little of your stirred fry vegetable and fold
Enjoy warm with a cold juice or your favourite drink.
