Ingredients for Wok spinach pork, naan and tomato pickle🍅🧄🧅🥬🌶️
- 500 gms pork pieces
- 1 tsp meat tenderiser
- 4-5 chopped onions🧅
- 11/2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste🧄
- 2 tbsp green chillies paste
- 1 tbsp tomato paste 🍅
- 1 big tomato puree 🍅
- 3-4 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste 🧂
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp kashmiri red chillies powder
- 1 tsp coriander & cumin powder
- 1 bunch spinach chopped/ puree
- 1 tsp korma masala
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp ginger Juliannes
Cooking Instructions for making Wok spinach pork, naan and tomato pickle🍅🧄🧅🥬🌶️
Marinade the pork pieces with salt, meat tenderiser mix well, marinate for 30 mins.
Heat wok, add oil, cumin seeds,when it’s start to crackle, add chopped onions, cook until golden, add chopped green chillies and mix.
Add marinate pork pieces, cook with onions, until all the liquid is died out, add ginger-garlic paste mix well.
Mix tomato puree, tomato paste, green chillies paste and mix, add in meat and cook for 1 mins, add turmeric powder, kashmiri red chillies powder, salt, korma masala,coriander& cumin powder mix, cook until oil comes out.
Add spinach puree and cook on slow flame, when oil comes out, add water and let it boil, cook until gravy is thick serve hot, garnish with chopped coriander leaves, ginger Juliannes.
Serve with: plain 🍚 rice, naan, bread slices, traditional tomato pickle.
